After breakfast, we will leave from Casablanca to Chefchaouen. But before we visit the big Mosque Hassan II and Coffee ricks. Across Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco. In Rabat we will visit the Hassan Tower and the kasbah des Oudayas. Then drive to the blue city Chefchaouen.
Overnight in Chefchaouen.
After breakfast, we will depart to Fès with a stop to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, Then we pass by Meknes city which was founded at the end of the 17th Century by Moulay Ismail. We will then continue to Fès. Check-in at your hotel, dinner and overnight stay Fes.
After breakfast at your riad. You'll be accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide. The first stop is the Royal Palace, dating back to the foundation of the new Fes.
Next, you'll visit Mellah, the Jewish quarter, where a 17th-century synagogue can be found. The University of al-Qarawiyyin is also on the itinerary, once a mosque and now a renowned spiritual and educational center in the historic Muslim world.
The Chouara Tannery, the oldest and largest in the Medina quarter, is a must-see. Surrounding the tannery are leather shops with terraces offering a view down onto the tanning pits.
You'll then explore the old souks (markets) of Fes and meander through the narrow alleys of the old Medina. A delightful lunch awaits you in one of the charming narrow streets at the heart of the old Medina in Fes.
after breakfast, we'll depart from Fes and head towards Ifran, a picturesque mountain village often called "the Switzerland of Morocco." From there, our journey will take us to Midelt, offering glimpses of the stunning Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. We'll make a stop at Azrou, a charming Berber village surrounded by the largest cedar forest in Morocco, where you might catch a glimpse of Barbary apes.
Continuing our adventure, we'll pass through the captivating TizNtalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorge, treating us to breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains. As we approach Errachidia, the landscape will gradually shift, revealing hints of the desert. There, we'll savor a delightful lunch and experience the warm Berber hospitality.
Following lunch, we'll travel along the Ziz Valley, making stops along the way to admire the panoramic views before reaching Erfoud. Upon arrival at the Merzouga desert, we'll spend the night in a comfortable hotel located near the majestic dunes.
After a delightful breakfast at the hotel, our experienced driver/guide will pick you up in a 4WD for an unforgettable Sahara Desert experience. The adventure begins with a drive through the towering dunes, offering panoramic views of the mesmerizing Sahara from a high mountain nearby.
Next, we'll visit nomad families residing close to the Moroccan/Algerian border, providing you with insights into their culture and way of life in this challenging environment. Enjoy a cup of tea under their traditional tents while sharing heartwarming moments.
Continuing our journey, we'll explore the M’ifis mascara mountain mine, gaining an understanding of how miners extract minerals from the heart of the mountains. Our next stop is the charming Khamlia village, home to the "black-skinned" people known for their enchanting Gnawa music, recognized worldwide. Savor a delicious Berber Pizza, a recommended local dish, while immersing yourself in the captivating rhythms of Gnawa music and even joining in the dance.
Later, we'll stroll through the beautiful Sahara Oasis, surrounded by almond, palm, and fig trees, along with various vegetables, creating a tranquil and picturesque setting.
As the day unfolds, it's time to prepare for a unique experience – a camel ride to the desert camp. Your camel man will be waiting with his camels to take you on a 1-hour and 20-minute journey, including a breathtaking sunset stop atop a high dune in the middle of the desert. Your camel guide will capture numerous memorable photos during the ride.
Upon arriving at the well-equipped camp, you'll be greeted with Moroccan tea and delicious cookies by the camp staff. Later, a delightful dinner will be served, followed by an evening of Berber and African music played around a captivating campfire under the stars, creating an enchanting atmosphere for you to enjoy and dance along.
Life is getting up an hour early to live an hour more, but only on this day in the desert. For witnessing one that may be the best sunrise in your whole life, we always advise you to wake up early. After a tasty breakfast at the camp. There are two optional ways to get back to the village of Merzouga to recommence our trip. Either by camels or by a 4×4 vehicle.

Your 10 days tour still has a lot to reveal. You enjoy your breakfast at your riad, then take the road named “road of thousands Kasbahs. From Dades Valley to Ouarzazate, by Kelaat M’gouna, the city of roses, and Skoura city. We arrive at Ouarzazate city, referred to as the Hollywood of Africa. Here you explore the Atlas film studio. We have lunch at this unique spot, then we make our way to Marrakech, and always through the breathtaking landscapes of the Atlas mountains, through Berber villages, and Tizi N’tichka, the highest pass in Morocco. We stop from time to time at any worthy station, for some unforgettable photo shots and, and for admiring the places.
We reach Marrakech around sunset, check into your riad, and have a possible walk to recognize the city a bit before you explore it with a local guide the next day.
This day will be devoted to the sightseeing of Marrakech, the second oldest imperial city, known as the “Pearl of the South” and home to the Saadian tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace and the Menara Garden. We will return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, we will explore the souks and the world’s famous Djemaa El Fna place, which offers various entertainments, such as storytellers, acrobats, snake-charmers, magicians, And Jardan Majorelle… etc Return accommodation for overnight stay.
